Last week the State Department renewed its ongoing “worldwide caution.” It advised traveling Americans to “remain vigilant during the upcoming summer season” and said that the government has “credible indications” that terrorist actions, including suicide operations, may be imminent against what it called “U.S. interests.” The statement did not specify a place or time for the possible attacks....
