Grant to Fund Study Problems of the Elderly

A UCLA psychiatrist, Dr. Jurgen Unutzer of Rancho Palos Verdes, has received a $450,000 faculty development award to help fund his study of pain and depression in the elderly, university officials announced Thursday. The awards have been granted to up to 11 faculty scholars each year since 1965.
