Guests can save up to $305 at a luxury B&B; in Sonoma County, north of San Francisco, by booking in advance and visiting on winter weekdays. The “Early Bird Winter Special” gives guests the third night free for stays Sunday through Thursday in one of the Grape Leaf Inn’s five West Wing rooms, where published rates are $275 to $305 per night. The deal is good Nov. 3 to March 31, excluding holidays. You must book by July 31. An important caveat: The package is nonrefundable. The rates include a full breakfast, evening wine and cheese, a vineyard or winery tour and a private wine tasting with a local winemaker.
