Salsa Festival to Feature Hot Food and Music

Spicy dishes and hot dance steps make up the recipe for Oxnard’s ninth annual Salsa Festival this weekend.
The festival will take place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday in Plaza Park downtown. Amateur chefs can compete in the Salsa Challenge on Sunday.
