Trammell Hires Bradley Cox

Real estate services company Trammell Crow Co. said it has hired Los Angeles real estate broker and executive Bradley T. Cox from rival Cushman & Wakefield.
Cox will oversee some of the largest Los Angeles-area properties, including the Century Plaza Towers in Century City and the Water Garden in Santa Monica, that are managed or owned by Trammell Crow.
Cox was senior managing director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Southern California operations. Cox also has been involved in office leasing for Koll Co. and Bren Investment Properties.
