‘Body-for-Life’ Needs Time for the Gym

Re: “Going Strong” (May 27): What your article fails to mention is that “Body-for-Life” is a lifestyle change. One becomes aware of how the body works and how to make it run efficiently.

As to all those before and after shots, there is no way anyone made that transformation in such a short period adhering to Phillips’ gym schedule. One would have to become a “gym rat” (live in the gym) to achieve such results. By the way, it is a great program.
