Public Comment Sought on Plans for Mill Street
From Times Staff Reports
Residents who want to comment on a plan to close the Mill Street railroad crossing and build a gazebo bandstand at the site are encouraged to address the City Council on Monday night.
The proposed street closure is part of a larger downtown improvement plan, which includes public restrooms, landscaping and a pedestrian walkway. Comments will be allowed at the 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. Written comments may be submitted to the city clerk before the meeting.
