Police Recover Stolen Art Collection
From Times Wire Reports
Police have recovered the valuable art collection of Spanish businesswoman Esther Koplowitz, which was stolen from her Madrid home last year, state radio said.
The works include Francisco de Goya’s “The Swing” and Juan Gris’ “Guitar on a Chair.”
The paintings were recovered after Koplowitz’s former security guard turned himself in, the radio said. On Friday, police arrested two other people in the crime.
