* Comarco Inc., an Irvine provider of products and services to the wireless communications industry, posted fourth-quarter net income of $1.3 million, or 17 cents a share, up 8% from $1.2 million, or 15 cents a share, for the year-earlier period. Revenue declined 12% to $12.6 million.

* Raining Data Corp., an Irvine maker of software infrastructure products, reported that its third-quarter net loss widened to $4.6million, or 29 cents a share, from $3.8 million, or 35 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue rose to $5.1 million from $2.3 million.
