Good-Neighbor Policy

“Neighbor Quest in Montecito” (Hot Property, March 24) states that John Cleese purchased the estate next to his so he could choose his neighbor.

Mr. Cleese, I promise I would be the best neighbor you could ever have. I don’t have kids, I don’t hold large parties and I am as quiet as a mouse.

If you agree to drop the asking price by, say, $5 million, we would have a deal.
