Two horses can extend victory streaks tonight at Los Alamitos.

Hallelujah Train, a winner of four in a row, will run in the $15,000 Four Forty Blast Claiming Handicap. The 350-yard race is the fifth on the card and the first leg of the pick six.

Four races later, Pure Rhythm, who has consecutive victories for trainer Gilberto Hernandez, will try for her fifth win in 12 lifetime starts in the $15,000 Dash For Speed Handicap at 350 yards.

Owned by E G Desert High Farms, Pure Rhythm, a 3-year-old Red Hot Rhythm filly, won the Miss Princess three weeks ago.

Her opponents will be: Sables Dash, Last Shall Be First, Fishers Effort, Miss Kipty Yawl and Two Gun Marie.

Owned and trained by Jaime Gomez, Hallelujah Train has moved up the ladder during his win streak and is facing a strong field in the Four Forty Blast.

The picks: 1. Alota Traffic. 2. Zipolator. 3. Pecos Chicks. 4. Royal Epic. 5. Texas Classy. 6. Corwyn Ridge. 7. Chestnut Bend. 8. Butter Me Up CST. 9. Pure Rhythm. 10. Ima Sparkling Man.

Four! In the first, use Alota Traffic, My Wonderful Chick and One Big Love, single Zipolator in the second, use all in the third and single the entry of Royal Epic-Virbahn in the fourth.

Shots in the dark: My Traffic Dasher is given a big bump in class after being taken by trainer Jose Antonio Flores and could surprise in the seventh. Pennants Headlight has been freshened since Feb. 7 by trainer John Cooper.
