Cash Speaks Louder
Instead of renting buses and spending money to travel to Sacramento to petition Gov. Gray Davis (May 20), low-income people should get 1 million people together and have each give $1. Then one person can take a check to Davis, which appears to be what it takes to get your voice heard by him.
