From Times Wire Reports
A Seoul court sentenced the second-eldest son of President Kim Dae Jung to 3 1/2 years in prison for receiving bribes from businessmen. Kim Hong Up also was fined $408,000 and must forfeit the $457,000 that he received from the businessmen.

President Kim’s government has been tainted by a series of corruption scandals, but he has not been implicated in any wrongdoing.
