D.A.’s Policy Calls for Allowing Court Cameras

The Los Angeles district attorney’s office Wednesday released the final version of a media policy requiring prosecutors “as a general rule” not to oppose allowing cameras in the courtroom.
That policy also says the office will oppose gag orders by judges prohibiting the parties in cases from discussing the trials publicly outside the courtroom.
