Man Held in 11 Bank Heists
A man has been arrested in connection with 11 bank robberies that police said were the work of the “20K Bandit.”
The suspect, identified only as David Nguyen, was taken into custody about 5 p.m. Wednesday in Anaheim.
The bank robber got the nickname because he often asked tellers to give him $20,000. A $5,000 reward has been offered for his capture, authorities said.
