From Times Wire Reports

A woman suing Gov. Paul E. Patton for sexual harassment met with investigators who are trying to determine if the governor abused his power. Her lawyer said she gave them the name of someone in Patton’s office who helped her during their affair.

Tina Conner accuses Patton of helping out her state-regulated nursing home in Clinton during their two-year affair and then retaliating against the business when the relationship ended in 1999.

Conner was meeting with two assistant federal prosecutors, at least one FBI agent and an investigator for Kentucky Atty. Gen. Ben Chandler, her attorney, Fred Radolovich, said.
