The Bureau of Street Services would like to provide referral information in response to Ron Thomson’s Oct. 20 letter concerning potholes and the need for an interactive Web site. The BSS Web site does provide an interactive method to submit service requests for not only pothole repair but a variety of street-related issues. The Web site address to access the service request form is www.lacity.org /boss. (Select the link for Service Request information.) Requests may also be submitted through our Service Request Section at (800) 996-CITY, and the public may also e-mail its concerns to boss@lacity.org.
