Library Opens Fall Series With a Juggling Act

The Oxnard Public Library will open its fall series of programs for families and children with a performance by juggler David Cousin on Sept. 16.
Cousin will perform at 6:30 p.m. in Meeting Room B of the main library, 251 South A St. The program is free.
