Murder-for-Insurance Conspiracy Is Alleged

An insurance broker has been charged with murder conspiracy and another man is under arrest in an alleged scheme to take out life insurance on Guyanese immigrants, then have them killed.
Two victims have been identified in a criminal complaint detailing the plot.
The complaint said the idea was to take out policies on the unsuspecting victims, then make their deaths look like accidents. The suspects allegedly collected hundreds of thousands of dollars.
