Don’t Blow Smoke on Nonsmokers’ Rights
Re “Smoldering Arguments Over Regulations Against Smoking,” Aug. 27:
The most important aspect of the potential banning of smoking is my right not to be killed by someone else’s behavior. Why is drunk driving illegal? Because someone is committing an act that can harm another person. The same should go for smoking.
