Hotel Hopes to Score Hit With ‘Sopranos’ Fans

Share

Giving in to the mob psychology of “Sopranos” followers, the Four Seasons Hotel New York has devised a “Sopranos Sundays” room-service package that begins today with the premiere of the HBO series’ season. Guests can order dishes such as “Swimming With the Shellfish” lobster minestrone soup ($12) and “Bada Bing” cherry parfait ($12), named for the strip club on the show. Dinner will be served on a red-and-white checkered tablecloth, and phone calls will be held during the program.

Feeling as rich as the series’ mob kingpin, Tony Soprano? You can stay in the hotel’s new 2,000-square-foot Royal Suite for $9,500 per night. It’s the first of four new suites, up to 3,000 square feet, to open; the others are expected to be available by next fall.
