Storm Aims for Cuba, May Become Hurricane

Tropical Storm Isidore moved away from Jamaica and inched its way toward Cuba, with forecasters saying it could reach hurricane strength by this morning. Cuba issued a hurricane warning for central and western parts of the island and a hurricane watch for other locations, the U.S. National Weather Service said.
A tropical storm warning was in effect for Jamaica, where schools closed and hotels braced for more rain and wind. Emergency workers reported no injuries or damage. The Cayman Islands also issued a storm warning.
