Flag-Waving Freedom

I have never heard of Aimee Liu, nor PEN USA, of which she is president (Commentary, Sept. 13). But I have one question to ask of her: Who are those “who warn us to hoist the Stars and Stripes--or else”? I and everyone I know proudly fly the flag with no coercion from anyone; and if the USA Patriot Act prevents further terrorism, I can only say, “Thank God.”
