3 Stabbed, 5 Arrested at Quinceanera Rehearsal
From Times Wire Reports
A quinceanera rehearsal turned violent in what appears to be a gang-related incident that left three people with stab wounds, police said.
The rehearsal for the family event, traditionally held in Latin American communities to celebrate a girl’s 15th birthday, was interrupted Thursday night when 15 to 20 men started throwing rocks at the participants, who were inside a rented hall, said Sgt. Steve Dixon.
Hours later, three adults and two juveniles were arrested.
