Boy’s drowning -- An article in Monday’s California section about the death of a 20-month-old Fillmore boy over the weekend incorrectly reported that he drowned in his family’s swimming pool. The boy drowned in a neighbor’s pool.
The boy’s parents found him in the pool in the 1200 block of Cliff Drive about 4 p.m. They pulled him from the water, administered CPR and called emergency personnel, according to a prepared statement issued by sheriff’s officials.
It was unknown how long Andrew had been in the pool, but authorities believe it was a few minutes.
