Developer Must Reapply for Permit

A judge has delayed plans for an upscale housing development on one of Bodega Bay’s last major pieces of waterfront property.
A Superior Court judge ruled Tuesday that the county had illegally extended the time the developer of the 70-home subdivision had to complete its planning process.
The ruling means Bodega Bay Sunset Properties must start the planning process again.
