Those scary, funny slam-bang slopes

Regarding “I Was Here First” (Dec. 9): Can you really blame snowboarders for cutting people off, stopping mid-run and, the funniest one, scaring others from learning to ski? I used to ski but now snowboard. When I go out, I almost get into an accident every time. The mountains are too crowded, and people don’t know what they’re doing -- skiers and snowboarders alike.
