* Micron Technology Inc., as part of an agreement to win amnesty from prosecution by the Justice Department, may admit that it conspired with competitors to manipulate computer chip prices, people familiar with the probe said.

* U.S. investment bank Lehman Bros. is set to take over troubled British hotel group Le Meridien this week in a $1.24-billion deal, a source close to the situation said.

* Shidler Group, a San Diego-based real estate company, acquired two buildings in Hawaii from the California State Teachers’ Retirement System for $90 million. The nation’s third-largest pension fund bought the buildings in 1989 for $145 million.
