From Times Staff Reports
A driver and his passenger killed in a head-on collision in Anaheim were identified Monday as Steven Cagle, 17, of Orange and Erik Ray, 24, of Lancaster, authorities said.
Cagle was speeding, said Police Sgt. Rick Martinez, when he lost control of his car on Nohl Ranch Road near Meats Avenue about 3 p.m. Sunday. His car crossed the center divider and slammed into another, Martinez said.
Three 20-year-old women in the second car were hospitalized with moderate to serious injuries, he said.
