Restaurant Fire Kills 33 in Northeastern City

Fire tore through a restaurant in Harbin in northeastern China, killing 33 people.
The New China News Agency said more than 100 people escaped unhurt. Authorities have launched an investigation and ordered safety inspections across Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang province.
