* U.S. District Judge Kenneth Hoyt rejected a request from federal prosecutors to move the criminal case against former Enron Corp. Chief Financial Officer Andrew S. Fastow to a different court. Prosecutors wanted the case to be transferred to Judge Melinda Harmon, who presided over the case against Arthur Andersen.
