Judge Releases 28 Terrorism Suspects
From Times Wire Reports
An Italian judge ordered the release of 28 Pakistanis arrested last month on suspicion of plotting a terror attack, saying there wasn’t enough evidence to hold them.
The 28 were arrested after police found two pounds of explosives and detonators behind a false wall in a Naples apartment.
Judge Ettore Favara ruled that there was reason to believe the Pakistanis were not aware of the explosives in the apartment they rented.
