Earth Tech Moving to Arco Center

Earth Tech, a water management, engineering and environmental services firm, will move its headquarters to Arco Center in Long Beach.

The agreement to take 100,000 square feet is perhaps the largest lease by a private firm in Long Beach in the last decade, landlord San Francisco-based Swig Co said. Industry sources value the 10-year lease at about $25 million.

Earth Tech will consolidate in Arco Center from other offices in Long Beach in December, making the two-tower office complex on Oceangate 90% leased, Swig said.
