Two teen siblings were returned to Nevada to face capital murder charges in a butcher knife attack outside a Mesquite casino that killed a 3-year-old girl and left her 10-year-old sister partially paralyzed.

Beau Santino Maestas, 19, and his sister, Monique Maestas, 16, arrived in Las Vegas, where they were scheduled to make their first appearance Tuesday in Las Vegas Justice Court, authorities said.

Randy Kester, a lawyer representing Beau Maestas, waived extradition in Utah. Monique Maestas had waived extradition last week.
