William H. Webster, the former FBI and CIA director who resigned in November from a new accounting industry oversight board, will arbitrate a dispute between phone companies BellSouth and Sprint over a top executive. BellSouth went to court last month to stop its Vice Chairman Gary Forsee from replacing William Esrey as Sprint’s CEO, citing concerns that he could disclose key data about BellSouth.
