Ingram Micro Reports Loss of $10.3 Million

Ingram Micro Inc. of Santa Ana had a fourth-quarter loss of $10.3 million because of restructuring costs.

The net loss was 7 cents a share, contrasted with a profit of $5.66 million, or 4 cents, a year earlier, the company said. Sales fell 4.1% to $5.89 billion.

Ingram Micro said first-quarter profit won’t meet analysts’ forecasts. Shares were unchanged at $10.05 on the New York Stock Exchange.
