Re “Home Lost Over Tax Bill of $546,” Feb. 17: I’m afraid Terrell Dotson has learned what few people understand: No one really owns any property; you rent it (paying taxes) from the government. And if you’re late with your rent (taxes), the landlord evicts you and rents to someone else. Kinda scary in a way, huh?
