2001 Qupe Chardonnay ‘Bien Nacido Vineyard “Y” Block’

Share

Bob Lindquist of Qupe may be known for his Rhone-inspired wines, but he makes a mean Chardonnay too. This one, from the famous Bien Nacido Vineyard, has a sweet, delicate nose with a light touch of oak and a finish that lingers, leaving a taste of creme brulee. The wine is elegant -- a Chardonnay that goes beautifully with food. At this price, it’s a bargain.
