Ex-Casino Guard Sues Tribe Over His Firing

A former Chumash Casino security employee filed a $5-million wrongful-termination suit, claiming that the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians fired him in retaliation for reporting alleged illegal gambling and card-counting activities.
Conrad Sabiron alleges that his former employer withheld promised raises after his claims of improprieties at the casino.
