Man Held in Alleged Abduction of Girl, 12

A 30-year-old man who allegedly took his 12-year-old girlfriend to Mexico on Dec. 26 was arrested Tuesday when he tried to recross the border at San Ysidro. Geronimo Luevanos Galvan, a Mexican citizen who lives in Los Angeles, was booked in Los Angeles on suspicion of kidnapping.
