Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday Events Monday

Oxnard’s 17th annual Martin Luther King Jr. birthday observance will begin at 8 a.m. Monday with a march from Plaza Park at 5th and C streets to the Performing Arts Center Theater at 800 Hobson Way.
