House of Commons OKs Ban on Fox Hunting

The House of Commons voted 362 to 154 in favor of a total ban on fox hunting with dogs, rejecting a government measure to allow strictly controlled hunting.
The disagreement means legislation must be redrafted.
Prime Minister Tony Blair’s Labor government has said that a total ban would be unenforceable.
