Marine Dies of Injuries in Iraq Vehicle Rollover

Sgt. Jonathan W. Lambert, 28, of Newsite, Miss., died June 1 at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany as a result of injuries he suffered when his vehicle rolled over May 26 in Iraq, according to a statement released Thursday by the Department of Defense.
Lambert was assigned to the Headquarters Battalion, 1st Marine Division, at Camp Pendleton. The rollover is under investigation.
