Mel Brooks is being sent out to pasture. The creator of “The Producers” will be featured in a new PBS animated series, “Jakers! The Adventures of Piggley Winks.” Brooks will star as a sheep named Wiley who goes from the U.S. to Ireland, and befriends a group of animals.
