Tensions cancel Armani tribute

The inaugural Rodeo Drive Walk of Style ceremony to honor designer Giorgio Armani and to unveil Robert Graham’s sculpture “Torso” at the intersection of Rodeo Drive and Dayton Way in Beverly Hills has been postponed because of “the current world situation,” directors of the Rodeo Drive Committee said.

The event, scheduled for Wednesday, is on hold until “such a time as there is easing of tension,” said Peri Ellen Berne, president of the organization.
