Abuse Case Lands Man in Doghouse, Literally
From Times Wire Reports
A man accused of mistreating his stepson was ordered to spend 30 nights in a doghouse.
Prosecutors said Curtis Lee Robin of Orange, Texas, whipped the 11-year-old with a car antenna and made him sleep in a doghouse as punishment.
The boy later recanted the doghouse allegation, but Robin accepted a plea bargain that allowed him to continue to work at a demolition company.
