Lawman’s Son, 2 Friends Enter Pleas in Rape Case

The son of Orange County’s assistant sheriff and two friends pleaded not guilty Friday to charges of drugging and raping a 15-year-old girl, authorities said.
Gregory Haidl, 17, Kyle Nachreiner, 18, and Keith Spann, 18, allegedly assaulted the girl July 6 at the Corona del Mar home of Asst. Sheriff Donald Haidl. Police arrested the teens three days later and obtained a copy of a videotape of the incident.
A trial date hasn’t been set.
