Friendly Fire Suspected in Journalist’s Death

British TV company ITN said veteran correspondent Terry Lloyd was killed in Iraq, possibly by friendly fire, and the fate of two colleagues reported missing with him Saturday remained unknown.
An ITN statement said it believed that U.S. or British forces had opened fire after seeing Iraqi combatants on the same road as the journalists and traveling in the same direction.
