Weapons Cache Found After Traffic Stop

A traffic stop by two LAPD officers led to the discovery of a cache of illegal machine guns, firearm parts and rounds worth more than $3 million, authorities said Tuesday.
The officers stopped two suspected drug users in a motor home and found that one had an Uzi assault rifle, police said. The officers were directed to the Chatsworth area, where teams of officers found the cache Sunday.
