Postal Service Offers Tips on Mail for Troops

The U.S. Postal Service has come out with a list of tips for sending packages to U.S. troops in the Mideast. Chief among them: Don’t send pornography or pork products.
Other taboos for mail going to Muslim countries such as Kuwait and Saudi Arabia: religious materials contrary to Islam and unauthorized political materials.
Postal Service spokesman Mark Saunders said the restrictions are based on customs requirements of host countries of U.S. service personnel.
